Our ‘off-peak’ specials will allow you to look after yourself and your wallet while going at your own pace during our quieter times. These are only available for a limited time so act now and stay active over winter.


Swim Pass

  • 10 NAC pool visits

Squad Pass

  • 10 classes in our 50m pool
  • Includes Squad Tuesday and Thursday at 11am – all levels catered for

10 Visit Swim Pass

Our off-peak swim pass allows you to swim for just $5.00 per session! Enjoy use of the our heated pools (50m main pool, 25m pool or our leisure pool) at any time between 10.30am to 2.30pm daily. The milder conditions make these times ideal to enjoy the pools without the crowds.

Squad Classes

Develop your skills, technique and endurance in the water with The NAC water programs. Work with a group under the watchful eye of an NAC coach, and benefit from their wealth of knowledge in swim, surf and triathlon. This is open to all levels and ages, with a focus on triathletes, seniors and masters looking to tweak and improve their technique.

This $80 off peak squad class pass provides access to both Tuesday 11am Squad and or Thursday 11am Squad.
